Earlier in the month, the first full-on trailer hit for The Expendables 2. While not necessarily welcomed by all, it did garner a lot of recognition for simply having its stacked ensemble on display for the world to see. Today’s new trailer (with new footage) for the film should come off as a bit more palatable as the promo is a bit tamer when it comes to wall-to-wall action sequences. Take a look for yourself and see if it changes your opinion on Stallone’s latest.
Cast members include Sylvester Stallone, Liam Hemsworth, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Bruce Willis, Terry Cruz, Chuck Norris, Dolph Lundgren, Jean-Claude Van Damme, and Randy Couture. The Simon West-directed feature will land in theaters on August 17.
