‘The Hangover Part III’ Gets a Location: Tijuana

One of next year’s biggest films will certainly be the trilogy capper for Todd Phillips’ series centered around bachelor parties gone awry, so it is certainly news when a location comes to light concerning the comedy’s backdrop.  This time around the Wolf Pack will be trying to piece together a night they spent in Tijuana according to the Toronto Sun.

Hopefully this location sits with fans a little better than the Thailand backdrop did for the franchise’s sequel effort.  The series actually contracted at the domestic box office a tad as Part II saw $277 million turn into $254 million despite finding love overseas.  Global theatrical revenue surged from $467 to $581 million with round two.

Other information about Part III remains scarce at this time outside of rumors that the latest installment will feature the gang breaking Alan out of a mental hospital.  Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms, and Justin Bartha will each be reprising their roles in addition to the assumed appearances from Ken Jeong and Mike Tyson.  Look for more on the final installment in the The Hangover saga soon as we are less than a year away from its theatrical release on Memorial Day Weekend 2013.
