We are now less than seven days away from the release of The Dark Knight Rises which is certain to be one of the biggest films to ever grace the North American box office. Coming with the extra hype this week has been a slew of clips including the following which is the most story-heavy of them all. It has Anne Hathaway’s Selina Kyle talking to Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s John Blake.
It would appear that Catwoman is fearful of Bane for whatever reason to the point that she believes the police should be as well. That much is known from the trailer, but what we did not have is confirmation of who the two were talking about when John asked Selina if they killed him. We now know this is Bruce Wayne which should help some plot pieces fall into place if they have not already.
The scene has some really good dialogue and acting which is pretty much why Warner Bros. chose to release this particular clip. It definitely serves to get me even more curious as to what exactly is going on in Gotham outside of stupid questions like “what’s the deal with that cane Christian Bale has.”
