USA Network has a new mini-series coming out called Political Animals. While the premiere is still about a week away, the cable network is really hot on this as the cable channel has been touting the cast for months.
Ultimately, this is a story about a political family with high aspirations so even though it is complete a work of fiction, we are anticipating a certain degree of drama akin to what we saw with last year’s The Kennedys mini-series. Of course, this is USA Network so the tone will be completely different as evidenced by the following trailer.
Cast members include Sigourney Weaver, Sebastian Stan, Dylan Baker, Roger Bart, and Adrian Pasdar. The show premieres on Sunday, July 15.
