Cable television’s top scripted program finally has a return date. The Walking Dead’s Governor-laden third season is set to debut Sunday, October 14 as showrunner Glen Mazarra broke the news during the series’ Comic-Con panel. The hit zombie drama continues to find audiences in excess of ten million viewers despite the behind-the-scenes shakeup that took place one year ago, so this date is considered one for the calendar as the show looks to continue its hot streak.
