Warner Bros. has released the first television spots for the Jay Roach-directed comedy The Campaign. It shows a bit beyond what audiences have already seen in the trailer, so it is definitely worth a view for those of you who want to see Will Ferrell’s return to mainstream humor.
The film also stars Zach Galifianakis, Jason Sudeikis, and Dylan McDermott. It pretty much centers on Ferrell and Galifianakis though as they play rival politicians in North Carolina who are in the midst of a heated election. They each have presidential aspirations making things a little bigger than they otherwise typically would be.
The Campaign hits theaters nationwide on August 10.
