John Goodman Portrays KFC’s Colonel Sanders in Support of Gay Rights

John Goodman can still get the job done in the comedy arena and nothing shows that more than the following sketch he did for Funny or Die.  The actor dressed up as Colonel Sanders to support gay marriage in what is seen as a knock at Chik-Fil-A’s religious foundations.

For those curious where Goodman has been, that actor can next be seen in the Clint Eastwood baseball scouting drama Trouble with the Curve, Ben Affleck’s Argo, Robert Zemeckis’ Flight, and then heard in Monsters University .  He was also cast in the NBC comedy Downwardly Mobile in which he will reunite with Roseanne Barr.  In other words, he did not have to do this for Funny or Die.  Big props go to King Ralph for stepping up to the plate.

Let it be known that Colonel Sanders loves the gays.
