North Carolina and Israel On Location Teasers for ‘Homeland’ Season Two

There is not much in the way of clues for the second season of Showtime’s Homeland at the moment, but we did get to see some new behind-the-scenes ‘on location’ featurettes for the series’ upcoming fall 2012 run.  Aside from seeing Abu Nazir (Navid Negahban) introduce some of the videos, it will give fans the chance to get some glimpses at the types of scenes being shot.  It looks like Claire Danes, Mandy Patinkin, and Navid Negahban will all be on the Israeli-based set at some point which might be our first quasi-major spoiler of the season.

The footage shot is from North Carolina and Israel.  We know that Israel will be playing a major part in the upcoming season so that is not a shock at all.  Specifically, it will deal with the vast ramifications of an Israeli-Iranian conflict.

Homeland returns for all-new episodes starting Sunday, September 30 on Showtime.
