Trouble with the Curve debuted nationwide today, and despite mediocre reviews the movie is expected to fare well at the box office. Aided by a flurry of ads on television and the four-year return of Clint Eastwood, there is a perhaps a bit more interest than there normally would be for another baseball movie only one-year out from the Oscar-worthy Moneyball. There are two new featurettes out today with the cast talking about their characters including Clint Eastwood who has some words about Timberlake’s turn to acting.
Stars of the film include Clint Eastwood, Justin Timberlake, and Amy Adams. Trouble with the Curve is now playing in theaters nationwide.
