Justin Timberlake was on The Tonight Show last night. The pop singer-turned-actor is out promoting his new film Trouble with the Curve in which he stars alongside Clint Eastwood and Amy Adams. His character in this one is that of a former baseball prospect who is now a scout that happens to be wooing Eastwood’s daughter (Adams.) Aside from that, the tone is very old-timey which is validated by Timberlake’s words in the appearance on Tuesday’s show.
Other topics of conversation included Timberlake’s role as ambassador of the Ryder’s Cup golf tournament and his fiance, Jessica Biel. Also mentioned was an interesting bit of trivia: Eastwood and Timberlake played golf every weekend while filming Trouble with the Curve hence why mum’s the word on the icon’s infamous chair speech.
