Zooey Deschanel is doing a little more press for the return of New Girl, so she could be seen on Ellen this morning. Naturally, there was some more to the conversation beyond the hit sitcom as the actress mostly talked about the Primetime Emmy’s over the weekend during which she was caught being unreasonably excited for Louis C.K.’s Emmy win. She also was grabbed in another weird moment on the red carpet involving photographers and Nicole Kidman.
New Girl premieres its second season tonight on Fox.
