Want to see more of Claire Danes show off some of the Emmy-worthy acting that she does in Homeland? Thankfully, Showtime put out the clips for next week’s show in a hurry, and today we get to see a ‘weeks ahead’ trailer as well. While it does not spoil much in the vein of ongoing plot lines, these do showcase that unbelievable talent responsible for the drama dominating this year’s Emmy Awards.
First off comes a clip that has Carrie Mathison (Danes) having a one-on-one with Saul (Mandy Patinkin) in which the former CIA agent expresses a tremendous amount of doubt in her abilities due to the whole Nicholas Brody (Damian Lewis) fiasco. The second one does not show much at all other than more of Congressman Brody interacting with his terrorist runner. If that was not enough, there is also the promo mentioned above. That video shows us a lot, but spoils very little in the process.
