Saturday Night Live had a little fun with the 50th anniversary of Bond as Daniel Craig took the reins of the long-running sketch series. They ran a bit early on in the program to mock the blu-ray collection released for the occasion with a tribute to the lesser known Bond girls. This is yet another one of SNL’s pre-taped collaborative efforts with several cast members dressing up as fairly recognizable celebrities.
Roles in this one went to Vanessa Bayer as vintage Diane Keaton and Molly Ringwald, Fred Armisen as Penny Marshall, Nasim Pedrad as Glee’s Lea Michele, Taran Killam as Sean Connery, and relative newcomer Kate McKinnon as both Ellen Degeneres and Jodie Foster.
