‘SNL’ Opens Show with Digs at Jodie Foster & Lance Armstrong

Saturday Night Live returned from their winter hiatus last night with host Jennifer Lawrence, and they definitely missed a lot so going into the night’s broadcast it was really up in the air as to what they would choose to front the show’s cold open.  The writers opted to start with their recurring Piers Morgan (Taran Killam) bit where they got a lot of things done, taking jabs at Lance Armstrong (Jason Sudeikis,) Mante Te’O (Bobby Moynihan,) and Jodie Foster (Kate McKinnon.)  While the first two are relevant knocks at high-profile sports figures, it was easily the last one which stole the show as McKinnon is turning into a cast member well-known for her impressionism beyond what we have seen from SNL’s female players these past few years.  This was a gem, so hit the jump and check it out if only for the slam at Jodie Foster.
