Mayor Bloomberg Talks NYC Soda Ban on ‘Letterman’

Prepare to get riled up!  Mayor Michael Bloomberg sat down with David Letterman today to talk about his infamous soda ban (really a limit, buts let’s not argue semantics) which got shot down in court earlier today.  Apparently, restricting movie theater concessions and not grocery stores makes zero sense in the eyes of the law according to the ruling judge.  Who knew?  Anyways, Bloomberg still thinks they can do it although Letterman brings up the very agreeable (and possibly debatable) point that the obesity epidemic is likely driven by corporations and not necessarily individuals.  Hit the jump for the view.
