The Twilight series continues to remain strong with $139.5 million this weekend for the movie’s latest installment, Breaking Dawn.  This is just below the franchise record of $142 million for the weekend which belongs to New Moon.  The record is still somewhat in play because the difference between the two lies within the margin of error between estimates and the actual totals which will come out tomorrow afternoon.
