In recent days, we received quite a few character posters for Red 2 (the most recently one has Anthony Hopkins front and center,) but today there is an actual trailer to look at–the second one for that matter. It is more of the same stuff as Bruce Willis and John Malkovich are back in the saddle for more spy comedy fun releasing July 19.

Red 2 has the daunting task of opening side-by-side with Universal’s R.I.P.D. in three months’ time (something I still do not think will happen as one might delay themselves out of contention,) so the marketing machine is hard at work. There is a pair of character posters with Bruce Willis and John Malkovich to look at today, thus the mention. The film hits July 19 and the trailer link is here for those who missed it.
Ultimately, the latest trailer for the flick appears to give us exactly what we want–something along the lines of Zombieland in sincerity. World War Z with Brad Pitt is a different type of zombie movie, so naturally there is room for both options although the John Malkovich-starrer might end up doing better judging from the success of similar offerings. With the long-awaited sequel to Red finally showing up on movie-goers scanners last month through the 
Today brings with it another clip for the zombie comedy Warm Bodies which is due out early next month. Jonathan Levine’s follow-up to 50/50 is getting a ton of love early on, so I thought it was worth sharing the first official clip featuring Mr. John Malkovich who is almost always brilliant.
