It was announced today that John Stamos would be starring in Fox’s new comedy pilot, Little Brother.  The show is a single-camera series about a guy who meets his ex-con half-brother that he previously never knew existed.  Shawn Levy (Real Steel) is directing and T.J. Miller (Seeking a Friend for the End of the World) will act alongside Stamos.

The Full House actor’s latest television home was E.R. which he starred on from 2005 until its end in 2009.  Since that time he has most notably done guest spots on Glee, Law & Order: SVU, and Two and a Half Men.
