EW landed a poster today for a new comedy called Drinking Buddies. We have not heard a whole lot about this one but the involvement of Anna Kendrick and Olivia Wilde is enough to get us off our rockers. Ron Livingston and Jake Johnson are also supporting in this movie about relationships so expect the romantic angle come release on August 23.
Also mentioned on the program was Olivia Wilde’s trip to an all-female village in Kenya and her former babysitter from long ago. Continue Reading
Making things a bit more interesting is that Burrell’s character has a mistress hell-bent on winning the competition herself. The trailer brings the point home that this is a thriller and it will have Bana playing a creepy, out-of-whack antagonist who will stop at nothing to reunite with his sibling and stay a free man. That looks to pretty much mirror the actual setup of the movie; however, it does not appear as if the relationship is truly tested which the official synopsis implies will be a central theme. If you want to start hypothesizing about who will be next, it is worth mention that Lisa Edelstein (Cuddy) appears available, but she seemed awfully final about her exit after being snubbed with a small contract offer preceding the current season. Also, do not expect Allison Morrison to reprise her role as Dr. Cameron as she remains under contract for ABC’s Once Upon a Time. Your best bet could possibly be to assume a deceased character (Kal Penn/Anne Dudek) could return in a ‘dream sequence’ of sorts. Characters with past season-long arcs could also be in the cards. It was just last month that the network announced the conclusion of House. No one likes to see a long-running show like this be nudged out, but it had to be done as slumping ratings and a bloated budget forced Fox’s hand in the matter. There exists a perception that they could go on forever, but producers and actor salary hikes throughout the show’s run made a ninth season a financial impossibility. [TV Line]

Want more new footage for The Incredible Burt Wonderstone to spoil it when you actually see the movie? No problem. There is a lot to gawk at in the film’s latest featurette that covers the many reasons to see the comedy which happens to include Olivia Wilde bubble baths–not what you would expect. Also, fans get to see David Copperfield whose cameo as Carell alluded to during a recent talk show appearance. 
Olivia Wilde was on The Tonight Show last night to promote her new film The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. The actress has a supporting role in the comedy opposite Steve Carell and Jim Carrey in what looks to be her biggest opening since 2011′s In Time. Hit the jump to see what she had to say on the feature rolling out nationwide at week’s end. 
A lot of the run-up for the release of The Incredible Burt Wonderstone has been focused on Steve Carell and Jim Carrey reuniting for the first time since Bruce Almighty, but it should also be noted that House alumna Olivia Wilde has a part in the move as well. Cinemax grabbed Wilde and Carell for one of their movie-hyping features, and the result was the actress putting on a completely over the top (but still brilliant) British accent. She’s Out of My League director Jim Field Smith is at it again. This time he has assembled quite a good cast for his next film which is, believe it or not, about the politicking of a statewide butter competition. Enter Ty Burrell of Modern Family fame who plays the ‘Elvis of butter’ and his wife portrayed by Jennifer Garner. The plot of this film will have Garner’s character taking on an orphan for the spot of top dog once Burrell hangs up the Land O’Lakes for good.
We have a new trailer today for Deadfall which really has not been talked about a whole lot. To recap what it is, a pair of siblings (Olivia Wilde and Eric Bana) are on the run from a casino heist and the two go their separate ways after a car crash and a subsequent run-in with local law enforcement. Wilde’s character ends up warming up to an ex-boxer played by Sons of Anarchy’s Charlie Hunnam and in the process gets him into hot water with her less than compassionate brother.
There is a new trailer out for The Words tonight that is much more abbreviated than the 
Monday night, Letterman. Tuesday night, Colbert. Super actress Olivia Wilde is definitely showing up to places to promote her new film People Like Usfrom director Alex Kurtzman. 
Remember the quasi-love interest of Jonah Hill’s character in 21 Jump Street. Well, apparently she is set to star in a new indie comedy called Squirrels to the Nuts from veteran director Peter Bogdanovich. 
Bradley Cooper has been hard at work upping his street cred in the drama department ever since he broke out in 2009′s The Hangover. The actor’s latest picture comes in the form of The Words under the direction of Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal who also wrote this film as well as TRON: Legacy. 
Word is breaking today that Liam Neeson is about set to take on another project that does not contain the words Titans or Taken. This newest feature has few details as of yet, but it will star Neeson as a supporting character dating Olivia Wilde in a story about three cities and three different relationships that all combine somehow. The project is called Third Person, and it is being written by Paul Haggis who also wrote Crash. In other words, do not start thinking this will be some sort of New Year’s Eve/Valentine’s Day rom-com. Stay tuned though because when 
Word is hitting the net today that Olivia Wilde is set to return for the May 21st series finale of House. This is relatively surprising news given the actress literally just had her “final” episode last October; however, circumstances drove today’s news into the realm of the understandable. Fox has gone on the record saying they would like the show to end with the respect it deserves indicating this might not be the only former cast member to return.
In a report out that will definitely stack the cast for Burt Wonderstone, Steve Buscemi and Olivia Wilde are apparently eyeing roles in the film about rival Las Vegas magicians.
