The battle for the weekend’s top spot on the box office charts is looking a lot closer than early reports suggested. 
Chris Pine is in one of the smaller releases of the week that will come in the form of People Like Us. Nonetheless, he is out promoting the feature which according to early reviews he has a good performance in. 
Monday night, Letterman. Tuesday night, Colbert. Super actress Olivia Wilde is definitely showing up to places to promote her new film People Like Usfrom director Alex Kurtzman. 
Elizabeth Banks’ fourth movie of the year comes out at the end of the month, so the actress who was already in The Hunger Games, Man on a Ledge, and What to Expect When You’re Expecting earlier this year took to The Tonight Show to promote it. 
Here is a movie with a heart. Chris Pine and Elizabeth Banks are starring in a new feature called People Like Us which is a drama that takes on what relationships mean to all of us–or something like that. More specifically, Chis Pine plays Sam, a salesman who is tasked with giving a $150,000 inheritance to his newly discovered sister after the passing of their father.
