Simon West’s latest film entered theaters today as the action ensemble flick The Expendables 2 finally hit the big screen.  The film is tracking about as well as its predecessor at the box office, but more importantly the reviews are better which is largely attributed to West’s turn in the director’s chair.

Despite having this film come out just now though, the man managed to find time for another attempt at the genre that will be entering theaters later this year, Stolen starring Nicolas Cage.  The plot of this film centers on a former thief frantically searching for his missing daughter who has been kidnapped much in the vein of Taken.
