Unexpected early renewals came out today from The CW.  The broadcast network has seen fit to renew three scripted programs today as Arrow, The Vampire Diaries, and Supernatural will all be returning for the 2013-14 television season.  More details reside after the jump on these pickups which follows low, but acceptable ratings.
